The "Tragedy of the Commons"
explains the need for all people to accept responsibility for running society.
Unless people police themselves, the Commons must tragically be destroyed,
useful to no one. The "Commons" is a metaphor for any nation,
indeed the Earth. Everyone is responsible for taking care.
